1. Purchase Process

• Only artworks listed on the Art for Sale page with visible prices can be purchased via PayPal.

• For custom or higher-priced artworks not listed with a price, purchases must be arranged directly via email.

• Digital artworks: After receiving payment, you will receive a download link or the artwork file via email.

• Physical artworks: After receiving payment, the artwork will be shipped by post. Delivery details will be confirmed via email.

• Payment must be received in full before any digital file is delivered or physical artwork is shipped.

2. Refund Policy

• Digital artworks: No refunds are possible once the file has been sent. By purchasing, you accept that digital downloads are final.

• Physical artworks: Refunds or returns are only accepted if agreed in advance. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

3. Copyright & Usage License

• All artworks remain the intellectual property of Viktoria Eperjesi.

• Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.

• The buyer is granted a personal, non-commercial license only:

  • For digital files: You may print or display the artwork for personal use.

  • You may not resell, distribute, or use the artwork commercially in any form.

  • Any other use requires explicit written permission from the artist.

4. Personal Data

• Only the personal data necessary for processing the purchase (name, email, shipping address) will be used.

• Data will not be shared with third parties beyond the purposes of completing the transaction (e.g., PayPal, postal service).

• Data will be stored securely and only as long as necessary for transaction purposes or legal requirements.
